Security
Our data centre has security guards on site 24/7, a RedCare GSM alarm system, linked directly to the police and high-tech CCTV and access control systems.

Network Infrastructure
Our internal network is fully redundant from the boarder routers to the final switch. Three independant 100Mbps circuits connect the datacentre, so if one connection should fail traffic will automatically be routed down the alternative connections within seconds.

Environmentals
Power to the building is supplied via an independent sub-station. The power is conditioned through a UPS backup systems, and backed up by our N+1 class onsite generators. In the unlikely event of a power cut, our site can maintain power via these backup generators for over 72 hours. Temperature and humidity are controlled by our HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) systems and are N+1 redundant.

Last year our servers suffered less than 3 hours of unscheduled down time.
